Terms of Service

These terms govern engagement blueprints, developer evaluation keys, and operational support service level agreement parameters with ITConverts.

1. Development Blueprints

All software engineered and deployed during sprint engagements is governed by our standard client specifications. Custom integrations operate under strict access control rules.

Our engineering team delivers codebase assets and deployment parameters under fully specified statement of work deliverables. Intellectual property rights are assigned to clients upon final receipt of scheduled engagement fees.

2. Evaluation Key Licenses

SDK keys and container images provided for developer testing must not be re-published, decompiled, or used in production pipelines without active licensing verification codes.

Evaluation licenses are issued for specific sandbox environments. Any attempts to distribute registry credentials or bypass verification endpoints will result in automatic key termination.

3. Support SLA Guarantees

Our operations and incident response times are coordinated via active monthly sync agreements. Telemetry monitoring operates under 99.9% uptime guidelines for mission-critical apps.

Support tickets are triaged based on severity levels. High-priority incidents (critical runtime blockers) receive dedicated engineering review within 60 minutes, while low-severity alignment queries are addressed next-day.

4. System Access Rules

Users must ensure that credentials, keychains, and tokens used to query the ITInsight semantic layer are stored securely and never committed to public source control.

Any security vulnerabilities detected by customers within our SDKs or cloud gateways must be reported via our coordinate disclosure program before public publication.

5. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our registration territory. Any disputes arising from performance commitments will be resolved via binding arbitration.

Mutual Non-Disclosure

All systems integration and customised architecture discussions are bound by strict mutual confidentiality terms.
