Privacy Policy

This privacy policy outlines the architectural procedures and policies we implement to encrypt, isolate, and audit telemetry payloads and user consultation data.

1. Data Parameters Ingested

We collect minimal personal parameters during consultation requests (specifically your name and email address) and connection details necessary for security telemetry audits.

When integrated with developer SDK evaluation frameworks, we ingest anonymous system performance attributes, packet processing latency stats, and runtime error tags. No personal identifiable information (PII) is gathered during automated telemetry stream transmissions.

2. Cryptographic Encryption

All payloads, vectors, and server telemetry aggregates are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 protocols and stored in databases aligned with secure compliance architectures.

Data at rest is secured using AES-256 block-level hardware encryption. Access key rotation schedules are managed automatically via secure HSM handlers, ensuring that data partitions remain isolated even in multi-tenant environments.

3. Data Control Rights

You reserve the right to request deletion of your consultation history. Transmission requests can be initialized at any time via our standard email channel.

You also have the right to request portability of your operational logs, limit analytical profiling uses of system metrics, and download complete summaries of account activity records.

4. Sharing & Transfer

ITConverts does not trade, rent, or sell telemetry data to advertising networks. Data is shared strictly with infrastructure host suppliers (AWS, GCP) under strict non-disclosure compliance terms.

In the event of database consolidation or architectural restructuring, we enforce full data wiping protocols on legacy hardware before decommissioning.

5. Security & Audits

Our systems undergo automated penetration checks and security validation scans weekly. We implement rigorous internal governance policies to restrict database write permissions.

Security Design Aligned

Our systems enforce zero-trust partitioning, preventing any unauthorized metadata exposure or leakage.
